- Payments: Payment details (like card info) are handled securely by our integrated third-party payment providers (e.g., Paystack). We do not store your full card details on our servers.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To manage your account and provide technical support.
- To send you order alerts, system updates, and subscription reminders.
- To help you track your business growth and sales history.
3. Who Sees Your Information?
- Your data is private. We do not sell your data or your customers' data to anyone.
- Only employees of VendorDM who need to solve a technical problem for you can access your data, and they are bound by confidentiality.

- You can export your data (orders, customers) at any time through the platform (on eligible plans).
